Canvas and paper print FAQ

Can I print large files from my digital camera? In order to make large canvas prints, a 6 to 15 megapixels camera is recommended. Digital SLRs generally lead to better results than point and shoot cameras. a giclee will be as good as the files used to print it.

How will I pay? We invoice after receiving the files and have shipping information. You can pay with Visa, Amex, Mastercard online through a secure e-mail link provided in the invoice. If you wish we can let us know to use the credit card on file or you can pay online once you receive the invoice.

How fast will I receive my canvas prints? General turnaround is five working days. Allow 2 more days for canvas as this material has to outgas and cure. Again. large orders can take longer times. We can provide an accurate time line once we receive your order request.

Will I be notified when my payment is received and the prints are being shipped? You will receive an e-mail for both events.

Is my credit card information secure? When paying online no one sees you credit card information. Not even us. All processing is done through a 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) page.The payment is processed by Intuit Merchant Services, a well known credit card processing company.

Can I see samples? In order to keep costs down, we do not offer free samples. Our customers are usually very familiar with our materials. We only use brand name, quality papers and inks. We do offer proofing services at cost.

What if my giclee prints are damaged during shipment? This happens very rarely as we use Fedex for shipping. Please inspect the package before opening and make sure the tape has not been tampered with. We file a claim with the carrier and may require the package returned to us at customer's expense before refunding. Most of the time the carrier will not require that the prints be returned to us if damage occurred during shipment. Refunds or replacements are not granted for damage caused by mishandling after the package has been delivered. If a replacement is approved, we will ship at no cost to you. Refunds are subject to our review and may be denied if we believe the damage was caused by mishandling. Upon refund approval, please allow 7 working days.

How long will shipping take? We by default quote shipping with the Air Saver option, which means about 3 working days. Upgrading to faster delivery times is often not much more. Large jobs will be shipped via freight or ground transportation.

Are my jnkjet giclee prints protected? We coat canvas to be UV, scuff and water resistant.
